Pre-registration at Riverview Health Emergency Room & Urgent Care saves you time by allowing you to fill out most of your patient paperwork, and it lets our staff know that you are coming. The pre-registration process is not an appointment and does not hold your place in line.
To pre-register, click on your location and fill in your information. Then, just walk in when you are ready. Once we receive your information, we will be prepared for you when you arrive. When you arrive, please check in at the front desk and have your driver’s license and insurance card available to complete your registration.
